According to the new Black Family Tree the ages in this are completely off; when Bellatrix was in her 7th year, Lucius was in his 4th, Narcissa in her 3rd, Snape wasn't starting Hogwarts for another two years and Regulus for three. Then again (according to that family tree) Bella's dad was thirteen when she was born, so. :>
